The property is furnished with a queen size bed in each bedroom. An air mattress can be provided for extra people.

Not far away is the pedestrian-friendly Third Street Promenade, Downtown Santa Monica is jsut a bit further and is 30 city blocks of retail stores, entertainment and dining. Within blocks of the Promenade are the beach, Palisades Park and Santa Monica Pier.

Santa Monica is located only 12 miles north of Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) and is easily accessible by car or bus. Popular areas such as Beverly Hills, Brentwood, Downtown Los Angeles, West Los Angeles, Malibu and Venice all are within a 40-minute drive.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

CANCELLATIONS Refund policy for this apartment : We will make a refund in full, less a $250.00 service fee, ONLY if the property can be rebooked for the dates of your booking. If the property can not be rebooked, there will be no refund. If you need to cancel a reservation contact our office and we will be happy to do this for you. Los Angeles Guest Suites will work with you on a case by case basis in the event of a cancellation. We strongly suggest you purchase cancellation insurance which can be purchased with in 2 weeks of booking and is at an average cost of $65 per $1000 of insurance.

Deposits Policy

DEPOSIT REQUIREMENT In order to confirm a reservation we require a 50%deposit on this apartment , which is part of the total rent, which can be paid by credit card or check. The balance due 10 weeks before arrival. If arriving within 10 weeks, payment is due in full at time of booking by credit card, check or money order. Payments by credit card will automatically be debited 10 weeks prior.
