Located off Coldwater Canyon - just three blocks from Ventura Boulevard. Hidden behind a designer custom-built property, the guest house sits in peace and in a garden setting. You have your own separate entrance and there's plenty of parking on the street. Studio City, away from the traffic and the bustle of the city, on a quiet, beautiful tree-lined street that is close to everything Los Angeles has to offer. This is a lovely place to walk the neighborhood or take a short drive; in minutes you can be at Universal Studios, The Getty Museum, exploring the wilds of Hollywood, or taking a quick freeway ride to Beverly Hills, Downtown, or the Santa Monica Beach. TWO-bedroom 1,100 square foot garden guest house, which sleeps six. Equipped with a full kitchen including refrigerator, stove, microwave, blender it has everything you need to prepare a meal at home. The guest house has: coffeemaker, toaster oven, cable TV, DVD, radio/CD, wireless Internet, heat & A/C, washer/dryer, alarm clock and hair dryer. There is a huge comfortable sectional sofa and a dining area for six. All lighting is on dimmers. There is an East Indian armoire and a hand-painted chest of drawers, a queen-sized bed in the first bedroom and large walk-in closet with lots of storage. A door from the living room leads to your very own covered and private patio area with seating for four. The travertine-clad bathroom has a luxury washbasin and toilet leading to a garden room with a fabulous two-person shower, endless hot water and all the splendor of a Roman bath. The adjoining spacious second bedroom is private, has DVD/cable TV, two double beds and all-glass sliding French windows with views of the garden and patio. It has an East Indian armoire and a comfy recliner. The washer/dryer are hidden in a closet in this second bedroom. The guest house room looks out to the large swimming pool (not heated).

Comments: We stayed in the guest house for five wonderful nights. We have three children ages 4 and under and the arrangement of sleeping options suited our family perfectly. It was nice that it was a separate building from the primary residence during those midget meltdowns and middle of the night crying spells. We enjoyed the pool, the cable t.v., the huge bathroom, laundry facilities, and spacious accommodations. The small fridge was a bit of a challenge (since we consume a gallon of milk each day) but we were able to just shop daily for milk. The neighborhood was quiet and safe (a HUGE bonus for LA). We did have a few visitors (one little brown lizard and a few fat spiders) but we removed them without incident and I guess that's to be expected in this climate. Overall we loved our stay and are raving about the property to all of our friends and family. Thank you for opening up your home to us - we had a wonderful time! Kari

Nonrefundable cleaning fee of $100 for stays of less than 4 weeks. For stays of 4 weeks or more, the cleaning fee is $150.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

CANCELLATIONS Refund policy for this apartment : We will make a refund in full, less a $250.00 service fee, only if the property can be rebooked for the dates of your booking. If you need to cancel a reservation contact our office and we will be happy to do this for you. London Guest Suites will work with you on a case by case basis in the event of a cancellation. We strongly suggest you purchase cancellation insurance which can be purchased with in 2 weeks of booking and is at an average cost of $65 per $1000 of insurance.

Deposits Policy

DEPOSIT REQUIREMENT In order to confirm a reservation we require a 50%deposit on this apartment , which is part of the total rent, which can be paid by credit card or check. The balance due 10 weeks before arrival. If arriving within 10 weeks, payment is due in full at time of booking by credit card, check or money order. Payments by credit card will automatically be debited 10 weeks prior.
