In this lovely suite, you will have your own entrance. You can relax in your huge California king size bed, while staring out through 12 feet of clear glass to the swimming pool (not heated) with a Buddha at it's head and tall bamboo privacy all around. Close the heavy burgandy draperies and retire to this lovely romantic suite. You can sit here while you watch cable TV or use the internet. There is also a DVD player.

You can control the intimacy of the lighting and there are tropical ceiling fans for your additional comfort.

Revel in the glamorous bathroom with it's elegant walk in shower or luxuriate in the swirling jacuzzi tub under the glow of the antique crystal chandelier.

If you need a snack, there is a small refridgerator and also a microwave. Enjoy the walk-in closit and beautifully lit floor to ceiling dressing area.

We can provide a twin or queen air mattress for up to 2 young children, but please note that this suite can not accomodate 4 adults.

General Policy

Fully refundable Security deposit depending on the legnth of stay. For stays of 2 weeks or less, it's $200.

Nonrefundable cleaning deposit of $70 for stays of less than 4 weeks. For stays of 4 weeks or more, the cleaning fee is $120.

Pool and gardener service included. Utilities

SMALL DOGS ARE WELCOME, BUT THERE CLEANING FEE WILL BE $140 AND THE FULLY REFINDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT WILL BE $300

Cancellation/Refund Policy

CANCELLATIONS Refund policy for this apartment : We will make a refund in full, less a $250.00 service fee, only if the property can be rebooked for the dates of your booking. If you need to cancel a reservation contact our office and we will be happy to do this for you. London Guest Suites will work with you on a case by case basis in the event of a cancellation. We strongly suggest you purchase cancellation insurance which can be purchased with in 2 weeks of booking and is at an average cost of $65 per $1000 of insurance.

Deposits Policy

DEPOSIT REQUIREMENT In order to confirm a reservation we require a 50%deposit on this apartment , which is part of the total rent, which can be paid by credit card or check. The balance due 10 weeks before arrival. If arriving within 10 weeks, payment is due in full at time of booking by credit card, check or money order. Payments by credit card will automatically be debited 10 weeks prior.
