Property Policies

General Policy

There is absolutely NO smoking inside the property.

There is a $1000 fully refundable security deposit. There is also an end of stay cleaning cleaning fee of $100.

Keys are made available from 8AM - 4PM Monday through Friday. For arrivals after 4PM and on weekends there is a $75 greeter fee.

You will be provided 2 door keys. If you lose a key, this will require a lock change, for which you will be liable for the cost.

Usual check-in time is 2pm and check out time is 11am. If the property is available for early check-in or later check out, we will be happy to accomodate wherever possible.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

CANCELLATIONS Refund policy for this apartment : We will make a refund in full, less a $250.00 service fee, only if the property can be rebooked for the dates of your booking. If you need to cancel a reservation contact our office and we will be happy to do this for you. London Guest Suites will work with you on a case by case basis in the event of a cancellation. We strongly suggest you purchase cancellation insurance which can be purchased with in 2 weeks of booking and is at an average cost of $65 per $1000 of insurance.

Deposits Policy

DEPOSIT REQUIREMENT In order to confirm a reservation we require a 50%deposit on this apartment , which is part of the total rent, which can be paid by credit card or check. The balance due 10 weeks before arrival. If arriving within 10 weeks, payment is due in full at time of booking by credit card, check or money order. Payments by credit card will automatically be debited 10 weeks prior.
