The bedroom has a Queen sized bed with luxury sheets and plenty of closet space.

General Policy

$1,000 fully refundable security deposit.

Small pets upon approval: $15 /pet /night *** higher rates may apply for holiday & special events Beach cruisers available: $35 unlimited use up to 1 week! GPS mobile navagation system available: $7/day, $30/week Local cell phone available w/ 60 min/day calling in the continental US. $10/day, $50/week

Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. It may be possible to get an earlier check in, but it is not guaranteed.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

Should you wish to cancel a reservation, notice of cancellation must be in writing and received more than 42 days (six weeks)prior to your check in date. We will refund the sums you have paid, less a cancellation fee based on the length of the reservation. Weekend: $250; Weekly: $450; Monthly: $650. For reservations cancelled less than 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival, there are no refunds if the home is not re-rented for the reserved period. If we are able to re-rent the property, and we will do our best to do so, and the new rental is less than your original rental, you will be refunded the difference less 10% and a $250.00 transaction fee.

We strongly suggest you purchase cancellation insurance which can be purchased with in 2 weeks of booking and is at an average cost of $65 per $1000 of insurance.

Deposits Policy

DEPOSIT REQUIREMENT In order to confirm a reservation we require a 50% deposit on this apartment , which is part of the total rent, which can be paid by credit card or check. The balance due 6 weeks before arrival. If arriving within 6 weeks, payment is due in full at time of booking by credit card, check or money order. Payments by credit card will automatically be debited 6 weeks prior.
