The remodeled 700 square ft. cozy cottage house is in a very safe neighborhood, each unit has it’s own separate entrance for total privacy.

There is a queen size bed in the bedroom and a double futon sofabed in the living room.

Easy permitted street parking pass available upon request. This small dog friendly unit has a doggie door through small private patio.

Security Deposit: $200*Security deposit will be refunded after final inspection of the unit.

One housebroken small dog is welcome. The rate is $100 to cover entire dog stay. *Security deposit will not be returned IF your dog damages the property.
