There is a $500 fully refundable security deposit, which will be returned upon departure. UPON ARRIVAL YOU CAN GIVE A CREDIT CARD TO THE GREETER AND AN AUTHORIZATION WILL BE TAKEN. tHE CARD IS NOT ACTUALLY CHARGED.

Please note that this is a no smoking apartment and if anyone does smoke in the apartment, the security deposit will not be refunded.
